If you have received a letter inviting you to renew your child's place but you have already submitted your renewal there is no need to do it again and you can safely ignore the letter.

You can now renew your Priority PhotoCard for September 2020 online. NB: the deadline for submissions has now been extended to Friday 31st July, 2020 - ignore the date embedded within the form.

Important note: we are aware of a issue within the form. When you reach the end of your application, you should see a summary of the details you have submitted, however this is not visible. We have still received your application so there is no need to contact us to check. We are sorry for inconvenience and are working to correct this as soon as possible.

Renewals for existing passengers for September 2020 - MyBus primary school

We will automatically renew all existing passengers -except those who will progress to secondary school - so there are no forms to complete and nothing further for you to do. We will email you during August to confirm re-registration so please ensure the details we currently hold are up to date (see below).

However, if your child currently qualifies for statutory zero fare, you must still undergo renewal procedures to continue with your qualification from September and we will only re-register your child as a cash fare payer on their bus until confirmation of qualification is received. See our statutory zero fare pages for further information (select the page for the local authority under which you live).

Changing your details: we will use all your existing registration details (stops, days of travel, contacts etc) and carry them over to the new school year. However, if you wish to make any changes or if you no longer wish to travel from September, either:

  • telephone us on 0113 3481122 and we will amend your details subject to the usual security checks.
  • email us at educationcustomerservices@westyorks-ca.gov.uk using the subject line 'Mybus primary school changes' and we will then telephone you to confirm the change as a security check.
  • if you have lots of changes to make (for example, if you've moved address and so wish to change all your contacts and bus stops etc.) you can optionally as an alternative to telephoning in complete the new starter form listed below if you prefer.
