Date effective: Week commencing 9th September 2024.
Summary:
Q77 AM: As an amendment to the new services below, additionally the AM Q77 will now start from Newlands Grove, not Back Clough, with immediate effect. This is because the vehicle will now work out of Bradford, not Halifax, and is unable to turn about to begin at Back Clough.
From the start of the new term, September 2024:
Service Q77: following a request by the school, the Q77 will be revised to omit Lidgett Green and be extended to operate through Shelf and Northowram.
AM: one service numbered as Q77 starting at Northowram Newlands Grove, Northowram Green, Score Hill, Stone Chair, roundabout, Halifax Road, Cooper Lane, Hollingwood Lane, Clayton Road then as the previous Q77 through Clayton.
PM: two services will operate. Q77 will operate reverse of the AM route via Clayton only and terminate Clayton Road. Q78 will operate from school direct to Northowram via Brighouse and Denholme Gate Road then via Shelf following the AM route but also terminating at Clayton Road.
You can apply selecting service Q77 on the application form. Only one pass numbered as Q77 will be issued and is valid on either route.
For those at Lidgett Green, it is expected that pupils would use the Bradford to Halifax service bus 576 via Queensbury.
